(hereinafter, "Wereal Grupo Inmobiliario" or "Wereal").

This legal notice governs the use of the wereal.es website, which Wereal makes available to Internet users. Browsing the website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice.

Through the website, Wereal provides users with access to and use of various content related to its lines of business: estate agency services (Venga Venda and WeProperties), mortgage advice (WeBroker), insurance brokerage (WeSeguros) and legal advice (WeLegal), published by Wereal or by its licensors.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the website, its content and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, good morals and public order. The user agrees to refrain from using the website for unlawful purposes or with unlawful effects, contrary to the provisions of this Legal Notice, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which may in any way damage, disable, overload or impair the website or prevent its normal operation.

The contact and simulation forms available on the site (valuation requests, mortgage simulation, contact with our teams, etc.) require the provision of certain personal data, the processing of which is set out in our Privacy Policy.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with access to or use of the website, Wereal and the user agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, except in cases where consumer and user protection legislation establishes a different, mandatory jurisdiction.
