ALINEA AGB DESARROLLOS y PROYECTOS, S.L.U. takes responsibility for establishing, implementing and maintaining a Data Protection Policy aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
This commitment involves all of the company's staff, is reviewed regularly by management and is available to all interested parties. Everyone who is part of Wereal is responsible for applying it in their day-to-day work and for identifying opportunities for improvement.
Our ten principles
- Data protection by design: we incorporate technical and organisational measures, such as pseudonymisation, from the moment any processing or service is designed.
- Data protection by default: we process only the personal data that is necessary for each specific purpose.
- Coverage of the entire life cycle: we apply these safeguards from the collection of the data until its deletion.
- Lawfulness and transparency: we process data lawfully, fairly and transparently for the people concerned.
- Purpose limitation: we collect data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and do not subsequently process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
- Data minimisation: we only request data that is adequate, relevant and necessary for each processing activity.
- Accuracy: we keep data up to date and accurate, taking steps to rectify or erase inaccurate data without delay.
- Storage limitation: we keep data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
- Integrity and confidentiality: we guarantee appropriate security of personal data, protecting it against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
- Staff training: we train our team in data protection and in compliance with this policy.
